Quality & Compliance
In the oil and gas industry, the certificate is part of the product. We make sure every item we source meets the standard your project requires.

Material certification
Material test certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1) are collected for every forgings, plate and fitting order — traceable from mill to delivered item.
Hydrostatic testing
Fabricated items such as hot tap saddles are hydrostatically tested after fabrication, and stoppers are leak tested before supply.
Weld compliance
All welding follows qualified procedures per ASME Section IX, with documented welder qualifications where required.
Dimensional verification
Flanges, fittings and gaskets are dimensionally verified against the applicable standard during factory inspection.
